Apple Pie


6 cups sliced apples

1/2 tsp Organic Stevia concentrate powder

1/2 cup arrowroot flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tso nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

1 tbsp butter



Pastry for double curst Pie:

Line pie plate with bottom pastry shell.  Combine stevia, arrowroot flour and spices.  Add apples and mix well.  Pour into bottom pastry shell and dab with butter.  Place covering pastry on top and vent as desired.  Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees and bake until centre filling is bubbling.
